If there is one bright spot for this Twins team, it has been the play of their second baseman Luis Arraez. In only his third year in the league, Arraez is hitting .303 and has added 31 rbi’s. The Twins have to hope this season was a fluke, and they can finish strong and roll into 2022 with a much greater outlook.

Pitching Matchup

The Brewers will send Adrian Houser to the mound. Houser has made 20 starts this season and has a 7-5 record. He has a 3.44 ERA and has only given up 11 home runs in 100+ innings of work. If there was one thing Houser could work on, it would be his walk to strikeout ratio, currently sitting at 1:1.5.

Charlie Barnes will be on the bump for the Twins. Barnes made his MLB debut in July of this year. He has started four games for the Twins and has an 0-3 record. His last start was one to forget, as he went five innings and gave up seven earned runs to the Yankees. 

Brewers Win

A fluke of a game saw the Brewers get shut out. The Twins were about average with their two-run performance, but that pitching was out of the ordinary, with that being only their sixth shut out. On three of the occasions that a shut-out did occur, the Twins went on to lose the next game.
