Unfortunately, Wimbledon, the third Grand Slam on the tennis schedule, is well into the second week of action and nearing a close. Madison Keys takes on Aryna Sabalenka, and Ons Jabeur battles defending champion Elena Rybakina in the other two quarter-finals on Wednesday.
Both Vondroušová and Svitolina were outside of the top 10 in tennis odds to win Wimbledon prior to the start of the tournament, but now one will be playing in Saturday’s final for the right to be crowned Wimbledon champion.
