Rams Looking to Roll Over Depleted Giants
There are a number of terrific NFL matchups on the schedule in NFL Week 6, but the game set to take place in East Rutherford, New Jersey, is not one of them. The 1-4 New York Giants host the 4-1 Los Angeles Rams, and this game has one of the largest NFL betting lines of the entire weekend.
Los Angeles suffered its lone loss to the Arizona Cardinals in NFLWeek 4, but they were able to bounce back with a comfortable win in NFL Week 5. The Rams are in a very tough NL West Division this season, but they look to be one of the better teams.
New York was able to beat the New Orleans Saints in NFL Week 4, but they have struggled in the other four games. The Giants are dealing with a ton of adversity at this time, and it looks to be another lost season.
The line at both BetUS Sportsbook and BetOnline have the Los Angeles Rams as 10.5-point betting favorites over the New York Giants. This line could get even larger throughout the week, depending on the status of some Giants’ starters.

Los Angeles Loves to Throw
The Los Angeles Rams are averaging 317 passing yards per game this season, and the arrival of Matthew Stafford has been huge for this team. Stafford has thrown for 1,587 yards and 12 touchdowns, and he has plenty of weapons at his disposal.
Running the football has been a challenge for the Rams through the first five games, and that will need to improve as the season moves along. Darrell Henderson Jr. leads the team with 294 rushing yards, and he could be called upon to put this game away in the second half.
Aaron Donald is the leader of the Rams defense, and this team has the ability to get after opposing quarterbacks. Los Angeles is allowing over 23 points per game this season, but they have also faced some great offenses.
Giants Defense is a Mess
If the New York Giants are going to turn things around, then they have to find a way to get stops on defense. The Giants are allowing 27.8 points per game this season, and they just gave up 44 points in a Week 5 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
The NFL odds for this game take into account the latest injury report that has come out from the Giants. New York could be without their three best offensive players in this game, and it’s hard to see them doing much damage in this one.
New York has put up nearly 400 yards of total offense per game, but that was with Daniel Jones and Saquon Barkley. Both players aren’t expected to suit up against the Rams, and the offense is going to struggle to move the ball against the Rams.
Rams Blowout Giants in Week 6
Even if the New York Giants were fully healthy for this game, the betting odds would still reveal a pretty sizable advantage for the Rams. New York just hasn’t been able to get stops consistently, and the Rams feature an explosive offensive attack.
Los Angeles has not been getting great play from the defense since the season opener, but this could be a game in which that unit dominates. The Rams are coming into this game with plenty of momentum, and they will take control of this one early.
New York needs to focus on getting healthy, and they won’t put up much of a threat to the mighty Rams on Sunday. Head to BetUS Sportsbook and bet on the Los Angeles Rams -10.5 as they are able to pick up a blowout win over the New York Giants.
