UCLA Bruins Betting Stats & Analysis
The Bruins have been one of the hottest teams in all of the college basketball over the past couple of weeks and will look to keep rolling on Thursday night.
UCLA last played on Saturday when they defeated Stanford 66-43 in a rather lopsided affair. Jules Bernard led the way with 16 points and nine rebounds to go along with two steals. Jake Kyman also scored 15 and posted five rebounds, while Tyger Campbell added 10 points and nine assists.
Despite the convincing results of this game, UCLA’s offense was about as inefficient as we have seen all season. They shot 37.3 percent from the field and a rather abysmal 13.8 percent from beyond the arc. To paint that picture even clearer, the Bruins went 4-29 from the three-point range.
They were even out-rebounded by the Cardinals 39-36. So how exactly did UCLA pull this win off?
This game was ultimately decided by a large disparity in the turnover battle. The Bruins turned the ball over just nine times compared to 22 Stanford turnovers. UCLA tallied 11 steals in addition to the large amount of turnovers they were able to cause.
Stanford’s mistakes led to plenty of momentum-changing moments in the game, which led to UCLA’s victory.
But the Bruins will need to find consistency from an offensive standpoint on Thursday against a better-equipped Arizona attack.
Arizona Wildcats Betting Stats & Analysis
Arizona bounced back from a loss against the Bruins at UCLA by defeating Arizona State on Saturday.
The Wildcats were led by Bennedict Mathurin and Oumar Ballo, who both scored 14 points in the game. Additionally, Christian Koloko posted a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds to go along with three steals and five blocks.
And Koloko’s all-around impressive statline proved to be pivotal in an otherwise underwhelming Wildcat performance. Arizona shot just 32.2 percent from the field and 13 percent from beyond the arc. The team also totaled just 14 assists compared to 12 turnovers.
But Koloko led a stout defensive effort which led to 17 Sun Devil turnovers. His presence in the low post also made the Arizona State players think twice about driving to the rim as well.
But in a similar sentiment to what we said about UCLA, Arizona is going to need to be better on offense in this game. But I would say that finding consistency on offense will be even more important for the Wildcats in this game. If they are not able to find the bottom of the net on a regular basis, capturing the home court momentum will be hard to do.
But if they can go on a few different scoring runs, the momentum could end up being theirs for the taking.
The Wildcats will seek revenge against UCLA as they look to earn the victory at home.

Arizona has shot poorly over their last couple of games. If they can regroup and shoot better, the Wildcats should be able to earn the win.
However, if the slump continues, then UCLA could be in store for the road upset.

How To Bet On: UCLA Bruins at Arizona Wildcats NCAAB – Betting lines
Arizona has a tremendous home environment which automatically gives them a quality advantage. But this is their game to lose. Their offensive performance should dictate who ends up winning this game.
I believe the Bruins will battle and turn this into a competitive matchup. The 6.5-7 point spread might be a bit high, but I do believe the Wildcats can pull out the win at home.
I would have probably placed the spread at around 3 or 4, but nonetheless, go ahead and take Arizona in this Thursday night affair.
