Phoenix Suns Betting Stats & Analysis
The Suns saw their 11-game winning streak come to an end on Thursday after losing to the Hawks in Atlanta. But first place Phoenix immediately jumped back into the win column by defeating the Wizards on Saturday.
But they certainly have their work cut out for them over the next few games, as they play Chicago and Philadelphia on the road in back-to-back matchups to open the week before returning home to host Milwaukee later in the week.
The Suns covered a fairly large spread in Washington on Saturday.
They played an efficient game as they turned the ball over just ten times while they dished out 26 assists. Chris Paul led the charge in that category by handing out nine dimes of his own to go along with 14 points.
Center DeAndre Ayton also had a fantastic performance in the game. The big man posted 20 points and 16 rebounds, including six offensive boards, and even added two steals for good measure.
The Suns will look to start up another winning streak on Monday in Chicago. But maintaining a winning streak is going to be difficult with their upcoming schedule, especially with back-to-back matchups against two of the best teams in the East.
Chicago Bulls Betting Stats & Analysis
The Bulls have opened up the month of February by winning two of their first four games. They will play in the second of a back-to-back after losing to the 76ers on Sunday.
With Zach LaVine still recovering from injury, the Bulls had their work cut out for them against the Sixers. It ended up turning into an exciting two-man show as Joel Embiid and DeMar DeRozan both did their absolute best to will their teams to victory.
Embiid had 40 points and ten rebounds for Philadelphia, while DeRozan put up one of his best performances of the season with 45 points, nine rebounds, seven assists, and a steal. But his effort came up short as injury-plagued Chicago ultimately dropped the game 119-108.
But the Bulls gave a valiant attempt without question. Nikola Vucevic also had a respectable performance with 23 points, seven rebounds, and five assists.
But Chicago lacked any form of depth in the game with LaVine out and Alex Caruso and Lonzo Ball expected to miss significant chunks of time. In fact, the Bulls only had six players play 20 or more minutes, and just seven players were in the game for 12 or more minutes.
Chicago did only turn the ball over eight times but shot under 30 percent from beyond the arc. Had they been able to hit a few more three-point shots, they may have been able to close the gap.
The good news is that LaVine was questionable for Sunday’s game, and it is possible that he returns on Monday, barring any form of a setback. He is currently listed as a game-time decision.
Chicago will look to upset the odds at home and take down the Suns.

Phoenix Suns at Chicago Bulls NBA Betting Odds
The Suns are heavy favorites despite playing on the road against the best team in the East. But it comes as no surprise given Chicago’s current lack of depth and the fact that the Suns have won 12 of their past 13 games.

How To Bet On: Phoenix Suns at Chicago Bulls NBA – Betting lines
The Suns and Bulls might be destined for a rematch in the NBA Final this season. If both teams are at full strength at that point, the spread will surely be much closer.
But right now, Chicago is an injury-riddled, albeit still talented club. Once they get LaVine back, which could be tonight, they will continue to be at or near the top of the Eastern Conference standings.
However, Phoenix is the better team right now, with all of their stars ready to roll. So unless they end up sitting one or two of those stars in this second of a back-to-back, I expect the Suns to cover the spread.
