The Grizzlies and Bulls meet up for a Saturday night NBA matchup.
The Best Bets for Saturday, February 26th
The Memphis Grizzlies (41-20) travel to Chicago to take on the Bulls (39-21) on Saturday.
Memphis was upset by Portland in their last game before the all-star break and then lost against Minnesota in their first game following the mid-season hiatus. But the Grizzlies still sit in third place in the West and feature the third-best record in the NBA.
Chicago took care of business against Atlanta in a thrilling 112-108 victory. The Bulls enter Saturday’s action knotted up with the Heat for first place in the East.
These two teams are two of the best in the league, and this contest has the makings of a tremendous cross-conference affair.
Tip-off is scheduled for 8:00 P.M. EST at the United Center in Chicago, IL.

Betting Odds
These are two of the best ATS teams in the league. Both sides will have a solid chance of covering the spread on Saturday evening.
But the Grizzlies enter this matchup in the midst of a two-game skid. They most recently dropped a game against the Timberwolves by a final score of 119-114.
Jaren Jackson Jr. and Zaire Williams led the scoring charge for Memphis with 21 points apiece. Jackson Jr. also made his presence known in the post as he grabbed 11 rebounds and swatted away two shots. Ja Morant added 20 points and eight rebounds in the losing effort.
Morant shot an ugly 7-25 from the field as well. However, he has been dealing with a leg injury, so that likely was the culprit for the poor performance. But the Grizzlies are going to need Morant to find his stroke if they have realistic aspirations of defeating the Bulls in Chicago.
The Grizzlies also turned the ball over 15 times which gave the Timberwolves plenty of fastbreak opportunities.
Memphis will look for an all-around more efficient outing in Chicago.
The Bulls are trending in a different direction. Chicago has won six games in a row and will try to stay hot at home against Memphis. They last played on Thursday when they beat the Hawks by four points.
DeMar DeRozan continued his MVP-esque season as the veteran dropped 37 points and hit a number of crucial clutch shots down the stretch to help propel the Bulls to the narrow victory over Atlanta.
Zach LaVine enjoyed a solid performance as well, with 20 points and five boards to his credit.
The Bulls shot just under 49 percent from the field and only turned the ball over eight times. But their win stemmed from clutch play towards the end of the game. DeRozan truly has ice in his veins as he has hit a plethora of big shots this year.
There is no question that the Bulls would not be where they are without him.
Chicago will attempt to take sole possession of the first place in the Eastern Conference standings with a home win against the Grizzlies.
Best Betting Odds to Bet Online
BetUS and BetNow have yet to release their odds for this game.
The Bulls are the general favorites in this matchup, but MyBookie has this listed as a pick ‘em game. That means the spread is eliminated, and bettors must correctly select the moneyline in order to win the bet.
However, Betonline and Bovada feel a bit more optimistic about Chicago’s chance of getting the job done at home. But these are two of the best teams in terms of covering the spread, so bettors will probably need to correctly predict the winner of the game in order to win their spread bets.
How To Bet On: Memphis Grizzlies at Chicago Bulls NBA Betting lines
This is destined to be a competitive affair. Two teams that feature deep rosters going head-to-head under the bright lights of Chicago.
I do have concerns about Ja Morant, as I am not sure he is fully recovered and back at full health from his leg ailment. That alone could be the difference in the game. If Morant labors from the field once again, the duo of DeRozan and LaVine will take over and lead the Bulls to the win.
Expect Chicago to pull away in the final minutes of the game.

NBA:
- San Antonio Spurs +7.5
- Miami heat -7.5
Pick: Miami Heat -7.5
Miami will be motivated to earn the victory since they also have aspirations of taking sole possession of the first place in the East. Expect the Heat to handily defeat the lackluster Spurs at home.
- Brooklyn Nets +9.5
- Milwaukee Bucks -9.5
Pick: Brooklyn Nets +9.5
I understand that Brooklyn has struggled since losing Kevin Durant to injury, but this spread seems a bit much even then. Go ahead and take a chance on the Nets to cover on Saturday. However, all moneyline bets should be placed on Milwaukee.
- Sacramento Kings +8.5
- Denver Nuggets -8.5
Pick: Denver Nuggets -8.5
Denver beat the Kings by 28 points in Sacramento in their last matchup. One has to figure out what kind of thrashing Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets have lined up for the Kings this time around.
