Cleveland Cavaliers at Miami Heat NBA Betting Analysis, Picks
The Cleveland Cavaliers (38-27) travel to Miami to take on the Heat (44-23) in a Friday night Eastern Conference showdown.
Cleveland snapped a three-game skid by winning their past two matchups in a row. They last took the court on Tuesday in a narrow 127-124 victory over the Pacers in Indiana.
Miami continues to play a quality brand of basketball despite dropping their last game against Phoenix at home. The Heat are still holding onto their first-place standing in the East and will look to further distance themselves from the competition with a win on Friday night.
Tip-off is scheduled for 8:00 P.M. EST on Friday, March 11th at the FTX Arena in Miami, FL.

Cleveland Cavaliers Betting Stats & Analysis
The Cavaliers have labored a bit over the past couple of weeks. They have won just four of their past 10 games and have fallen all the way to sixth in the standings. Much of this is due to some injury issues that the team has dealt with.
Caris LeVert is dealing with a right foot sprain which has hampered his overall productivity, while star big man Jarrett Allen is out indefinitely with a fractured finger. The good news is that even though LeVert has been ruled out for Friday’s game, he is expected to return soon. Cleveland is hopeful that Allen will return at some point this season, but there is no current timetable.
Despite all of this, the Cavs still have a guy named Darius Garland on the court. And it was Garland who single-handedly led them to their recent three-point victory over the Pacers.
The young guard finished with 41 points on over 50 percent shooting from the field, over 40 percent shooting from beyond the arc, and an even 100 percent shooting from the free throw line. Additionally, he added 13 assists and five rebounds. The only other two players in NBA history to post a 50/40/100 game with over 41 points, 13 dimes, and five rebounds are LeBron James and Chris Paul.
His playmaking effort led to 22 points for rookie center Evan Mobley and 21 points for Lauri Markkanen as well.
In reality, Garland may need to play just as well, if not better, against a far better team in Miami.
Cleveland will look to make it three wins in a row on Friday night.
Miami Heat Betting Stats & Analysis
Miami had won three straight games before their recent 111-90 home defeat at the hands of the Suns. The Heat dropped the battle of the first-place teams despite Phoenix being without their leader Chris Paul.
But the Suns did have Devin Booker on the court who returned from a health and safety protocols-related absence. Booker led Phoenix to victory with 23 points along with eight rebounds and nine assists.
However, the Heat were without their best player in Jimmy Butler. Butler was a late scratch due to a sinus congestion issue, and his status for Friday is up in the air as well.
Duncan Robinson led Miami in scoring with 22 points on six three-pointers. Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro both added 17 points each, while Kyle Lowry chipped in with 10 assists.
But it was clear that Butler’s absence caught the team off guard, and they were never able to develop a rhythm.
Miami should have a solid chance of bouncing back against this injury-plagued Cleveland team regardless of Butler’s availability. One matchup I am very excited to see is Adebayo vs. Mobley in the paint.
Adebayo is a veteran big man who can score in various ways in the post, while Mobley is one of the most exciting up-and-coming centers in the game. This big man battle should be entertaining to watch.
Adeyabo and the Heat will look to jump back into the win column in this Friday night affair.

Cleveland Cavaliers at Miami Heat NBA Betting Odds
Miami is a 6.5 point favorite across the board in this matchup. This is a spread they should be able to cover as long as they are leading late in this game. Cleveland will have to start fouling, and the Heat should cover the spread as a result.
However, there is a chance that this contest remains close throughout.

How to Bet On: Cleveland Cavaliers at Miami Heat NBA – Betting Lines
I would like the Cavs’ chances a lot better if Allen and LeVert were in the lineup. As talented as Garland and Mobley are, Cleveland needs a bit more depth to match up with a team like Miami.
However, their chances of upsetting the odds will obviously increase if Butler is unable to play. He is currently listed as a game-time decision, so bettors will want to check in on his status closer to game time.
But in the end, even without Butler, this is a deep roster with plenty of talent. The Heat should be able to take care of business at home.
