TOP #3 Sports Betting Sites to Bet on NBA
Brooklyn Nets +225
As if they didn’t have a good team last year, the Nets have further retooled from the team they put together in the playoffs last year. LaMarcus Aldridge was cleared to play and will be able to potentially regain the starting center spot, which he held for a short spell during the regular season.
They also signed veteran Paul Millsap, who comes after a successful four seasons with the Denver Nuggets, in which they advanced in the playoffs in three different years. James Johnson is coming in after serving as a veteran mentor for a bunch of teams in past campaigns. His defensive ability is going to make him hard to keep on the bench.
When you add the new guys to the equation of Harden-Irving-Durant, they will be tough to slow down. Watch out, league.
They are priced at +225 to win over at BetUS, but you can get slightly better betting odds over at Bovada, where they are priced at +250.
Los Angeles Lakers +350
Right after Brooklyn is L.A. They have a pretty much brand new roster, outside of their two superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis. But, if they think it can work, then they may as well let it ride and hope it all pays off.
The only thing that truly matters is that Russell Westbrook seamlessly fits in. Can he co-exist with LeBron here, both of them playing their best with the ball in their hands. If that isn’t going to be an issue, there isn’t much to worry about. Getting through the west is never easy, but the Lakers game the team to do it.
Three superstars should be enough to upend any other squad in a best-of-7. As it stands now, at least.
Once again, you can get slightly better betting at Bovada than at BetUS, where Lakers are priced at +375 to win the league!
Golden State Warriors +1100
Before talking about the title in regard to the Dubs, the playoff themselves need to be a question. Klay Thompson is still expected to miss the first few months. James Wiseman is far from 100% healthy. And last year, they did not make it past the play-in, taking losses to both Memphis and also the Lakers.
Stephen Curry can obviously work miracles and is the best shooter on the planet. But that was only enough to get them 6-7 games over .500 last season. Now, if Klay returns to form later in the season, that is different. With Draymond setting both of the splash brothers up, they will pretty much be unstoppable as they used to be.
Jordan Poole’s game will take another leap. Andre Iguodala is back. The team will be fun to watch. But please, temper expectations.
They are priced at +900 to win over at Bovada, but you can get much better betting odds over at BetUS, where they are priced at +1100.
Milwaukee Bucks +900
The Bucks still have all their stars here, so a repeat is not out of the question. But, they did lose P.J. Tucker to Miami, and he played an integral part in their success. The ability he had to guard the top perimeter guys and occasionally bigs was invaluable for this organization.
They did not exactly find a replacement, but they did upgrade their bench. Bobby Portis re-signed. George Hill is back in the fold, and they also acquired Grayson Allen from Memphis, who provides great 3-and-D value.
At the end of the day, though, if Khris Middleton, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Jrue Holiday are healthy and playing their best basketball, the Bucks are very tough to beat. That is going to ultimately determine their fate. The top guys on the biggest stage.
Both BetUS and Bovada have the same betting odds for Milwaukee Bucks winning the league, +900.
