Steelers Can Stop Opponents

Jalen Hurts is expected to be the starting quarterback for the Eagles, but Joe Flacco is in the mix as well. Sirianni will likely use both players at some point in this game to give them their first look at live NFL action.
The Eagles should be a solid defensive team this season, and they aren’t facing an explosive offensive attack in this game. Philadelphia will be content if this is a low-scoring battle between the two teams from Philadelphia.
Steelers Win Second Straight
Even though this is just the preseason, each team in the NFL is looking to build up some momentum before the regular season begins. Pittsburgh comes into this game with some experience already, and that is going to play a factor in the outcome.
Philadelphia had an abysmal season in 2020, and the Eagles now have a new coaching staff in place this season. The Eagles will be looking to turn things around in 2021, but most of the key players aren’t going to see much action in this game.
Pittsburgh gave up just three total points in the win over the Dallas Cowboys, and this should be another solid defensive effort in this game. The Eagles will keep the game close since it is a rivalry, but the road team will prevail.
